The Beautiful Georgian House of Lower Blagdon Manor is ideally situated for the 'English Riviera' and exploring Dartmoor. Situated in the small hamlet of Blagdon, located between Torbay and Totnes, it's less than 3 miles from award-winning sandy beaches in Paignton and fishing harbours in Brixham. Nearby there are lots of National Trust properties to visit, coast paths to walk, Paignton Zoo, or take the steam train to Dartmouth or have fun at the local Water Park. The historic town of Totnes and the River Dart is only 4 miles away. Whilst supermarkets are nearby our local farm shops provide lots of local produced supplies. Local pubs are a few miles up or down the road.
