An enclosed courtyard from the back of the kitchen leads up to the pool area, greenhouses and table tennis.

A beautifully converted barn. Attractive, high beamed ceilings, open plan family living/dining room with well equipped fitted kitchen area and log burner.  Twin bedroom with modern en-suite shower room and toilet. First floor: Two pretty, beamed bedrooms; one double with stable door to garden, and one twin bedroom. Modern family bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. 

Shared use of heated pool and pool house.

The Wood-Fired Hot Tub is for use by the guests in the main house situated overlooking the the Blagdon Valley and Rose Garden.

The Main house has a its own sweeping driveway leading to the graveled drive at the front of the house and the victorian stables area for parking. There is a private walled rose garden with terrace and glass veranda that leads out from the Dining room and TV rooms.

The Cottage has its own entrance along the Lower Driveway and parking behind the stables for 2 cars. The gravel pathway leads you up past the paddock and gardens to the private courtyard infront of the cottage where there is outdoor seating and table and sunloungers and a BBQ.

The Lower Gardens provide a large grass open space for all to enjoy. 

​

The Paddocks are home to our Alpacas, Pigs and Goats. 

​

There Pond area is by the Lower Driveway with ducks and wildlife and a small tended vegetable plot.
